Whenever you hire someone online there is a degree of risk involved. We had just moved to Kentucky and knew nobody to help bring in a truckload of household stuff into our new home.
The crew was early, they were fast and nothing was damaged.
We were delighted with the service and the respect for our belongings.

I had a 16' shipping container that needed to be unloaded. Only 12-14' of it was loaded. It took them the 2 hours that was pre-paid and then an additional 2 hours that they added on. The additional cost brought the total up to over $700. I observed them working very slowly and slow walking everything to my 2nd floor condo. Then they slide my mattress on its side from the front of the shipping container to the rear to unload onto furniture dollies. This made it absolute filthy and put a large rip on the side.
