They showed up without Dolly's, they carried one box at a time. When we had to move the truck they didn't make sure things would be fine, and everything fell, which ended up damaging some items.
They showed up early and charged me for it.
They were respectful and polite.
Prior to arriving we called and informed you of our arrival time. You said that it was fine. Next we met with you and helped you load some items from your car into your new home and then waited for the truck to arrive. When it did, we worked and started to move boxes through the basement elevator. We communicated our thoughts to you guys about move the truck to the front so it would be quicker. At first you didn't want to due to their being a space issue. But you eventually changed your mind to move into thr neighboring apartments drive way. We wanted to have you guy move it before since it was packed so nothing would fall down. Also we did bring a dolly, but we couldn't use it on the stair because it would damage the heavier boxes. Thank you

This is the third time I have used hire-a-helper. Once in Jersey and twice in Illinois. I would recommend them to anyone unwilling or incapable of doing the loading and unloading themselves. All were on time, fast, efficient and well worth the cost.
