The 2 gentlemen showed up promptly at 10:00 AM and we had them scheduled for 5 hours. They brought all the necessary equipment to wrap and protect our belongings and were quite respectful. We had about 85% of our stuff in boxes and the rest was loose items that really couldn't be boxed up.
One of the guys was highly motivated and worked very hard where the other seemed slow and lacking the same drive as in 3 hours my 2 bedroom apartment was not all on the truck.
We were quite disappointed but I couldn't afford extra hours. So for the last 2 days we have been transporting the rest of our stuff in our vehicles. They did have what was on the truck unloaded which did include 95% of the furniture right at the end of the 5 hours, but it also meant sacrificing where the boxes were supposed to go and almost all of it landed up in the living room.
I would recommend them as a company and use them again if I needed to with one stipulation that when the estimator shows 2 guys can move a 2 bedroom apartment in 5 hours, then that is what happens.
I apologize for this move taking longer than anticipated, and that our movers weren't up to standard. I assure you that we always strive to get moves done as efficiently as possible, and will be keeping this in mind in the future.
