Worked hard. Agreed to an earlier time then scheduled as the truck was here already. Wasn't aware of the fact the crew would not come prepared. It was a 15 foot truck with furniture and a long walk. No dolly, 4 way or anything to help unload a truck. When I called the manager asking about not having equipment for the big and long walk I was told that was a premium service. I was never made aware of that as a customer. The employees on site were nice but I will never work with them again. Never had an issue like this and I've moved in 5 different states!!!
