They (The owner and his two helpers) communicated perfectly and actually showed up a bit early which we were fine with.
We tried to help but they insisted on doing everything which was awesome.
They moved my aunt out of a 25th floor 1 bedroom condo in Chicago and was done in just about 2 hours.
Outstanding job of packing the truck...which made it so easy for us to unload on the other end.
If I ever have to move in the future, I will absolutely contact them.
