Logan Lift was on time and worked hard. They informed me they were double booked for my time slot as soon as they arrived at my move. They rushed through the job so that they could get to a second job and damaged many items (Peloton bike broken, leather couch ruined, countless broken items due to stacking). The "movers" were very young and inexperienced (one of them was literally "in-training" for my move and had never moved a professional job before).
Price was reasonable and movers were friendly enough, however, they were inexperienced and the damage caused was multiple times the cost of the move. Claims/damage process through the movers and platform is a joke. I would not recommend HireAHelper or Logan Lift.

The young men were incredibly polite, however they did not come with needed tools to dis-assemble and re-assemble furniture. My husband had to unpack our tools to get them a screwdriver and my daughter had to run to the hardware store and spend $30 on pliers.
They also asked a few times if I was satisfied with the service before furniture was re-assembled and I had to remind them they were supposed to assemble it.
With the exception of those issues I was satisfied. . They were extremely polite and worked very hard on a very hot day.

They did a fabulous job unloading a 12 foot moving truck to a one bedroom apartment on. 93 degree day. They treated everything with care and helped set things up in the appropriate places in the apartment. Will definitely hire them next time I need movers.
