Shamaiah Ross and her crew from MoveMasters worked diligently and meticulously loaded the furniture and documents from a four room law office suite into two 16 foot PODS containers in just under half a day. They arrived on time, put together about 75 boxes of legal paperwork, printing equipment, and office kitchen mugs and miscellaneous tools, and carefully packed them away inside the two PODS containers for storage , at the end of our office lease, after ownership of the building changed hands.
The situation was complicated by the fact there is no elevator in the building, and everything had to be hand carried down a fight of stairs to ground level before being loaded into the storage containers. The movers carefully disassembled two desks, nine bookcases, and an eight foot conference room table to fit al the furniture to the storage PODS.

I had a last minute delay the day of my move, and when my originally booked movers weren't able to accommodate, Movemasters stepped in and did the job. They were quick, efficient, respectful, handled my items with care, and were incredibly pleasant! I would definitely recommend Movemasters to anyone with an upcoming move!

Hired a crew of three. They started strong but quickly slowed down. At any given time, only one of them was working. One spent almost an hour in my bathroom. They didn't complete the move. They broke two pieces of furniture completely and severely damaged two others.

I initially didn't hire Move Masters. I hired another company and hireahelper switched companies ensuring me Move Masters were great. They called the night before asking to come early and I told them I wouldn't be ready. They still showed up an hour early asking when moving truck would be there. A woman and two young men showed up. Looked like a mother and her children. No company car, shirts etc. They didn't go over anything with me nothing to show any type of professionalism. Furniture was wrapped in moving plastic and moving blankets for furniture provided. Boxes were very well marked fragile or heavy, even do not stack. I was supposed to work all day but I kept hearing things get banged around, even dropped. They were provided straps to secure furniture and they didn't even use them. They didn't pack truck correctly and I had to leave things behind. We were moving across country and several times we heard crashing in the moving truck. Three days later our movers in the new state, showed us actually professionalism. As they unloaded they had me come take pictures of all the damaged furniture. My heavy headboard fell on golf clubs snapping them in half. All in all every single piece of furniture had some sort of damage because nothing was tied down or packed correctly. This is the 1st time I used movers and I could have hired a few people of the streets and my things would have been in better hands. To make matters worse hireahelper.com denied our claim but offered $75.00 if we signed a non-disclosure so we couldn't leave an honest review. Don't use this company.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
