These guys were so unproffissional, arrived late, and were very lazy.

The three men that came to help us load our moving truck were very nice and efficent. We wound up having to rent a pull along to fit all our things. They tried to fit everything but couldn't. We apreciated their effort. The only thing is, when we got to our destination, the stuff was packed into our truck to tight that several items were broken, scratched and trim was missing from the bottom of one of my cabinets. They were helpful, but packing the truck too tight might not be the best idea.

In general, I was satisfied because the job was accomplished on time afterall. But they were 1-1/4 hours late due to booking another job before mine (after confirming with me their availability for my job at the requested time). To their credit, they did tell me the night before that they would be up to an hour late, and that they would provide an extra person at no charge to complete my job. Nevertheless, I only had the truck for 4 hours, and it was not certain that the move was going to be completed on time. I could have done without the anxiety.
The men were courteous, but they did not handle some of my furniture properly. For example, one person dragged a dresser across the floor, rather than lifting it into place. He should have waited for another to help him move it properly. He was new and needed better training.

Would highly recommend A Touch Above Moving and Cleaning Services. The workers were hard working, very courteous and professional. They were able to handle some extremely heavy items coupled with 3 flights of stairs! They did all that we asked of them and were very pleasant the whole time. Everything arrived at the other end with no damage. Would definitely use this company again.

The movers arrived a few minutes early and worked quickly to unload our furniture. They were patient and careful in moving a regridgerator that required some creativity and finding the right tool to remove doors. We would use them again!

Over the course of a complicated move, we were forced to use three different loading/unloading services in three different locations. A Touch Above was the best! "Tiny" and "Slim" were extremely careful, incredibly polite, and very hard and steady workers. They completed the job on time and did everything they were asked with a simple "yes sir" or "yes maam, no problem". A Touch Above is lucky to have workers like these gentlemen. I encourage you to use this affordable and fantastic service.
