I hired 2 movers for 2 hours and these guys exceeded my expectations! They showed up right on time & fully prepared. Great communication throughout. They handled all of my items and furniture with extreme care & worked at a fantastic pace (they completely unloaded my 20ft u-haul & my vehicle within the 2-hour window). Super friendly, great guys. Overall they did a good job with the moving part of it. Everything was moved that was needed. The men that did the moving were fine, my issues were two fold. First I was contacted to change the appointment to another time. I told them I’m coordinating this from out of state. I can’t. If that was an issue we should’ve addressed it when we scheduled. He got back and was apparently able to make it work. Second issue was that I stated an estimated weight for one of the items when I scheduled it. Then I was contacted when the gentleman were there that their estimated weight was higher than they expected (which was exactly the estimate I told them when I scheduled it) and I had to pay an additional $100 to move it. So of course I paid the additional. I need it all moved, ASAP.
As for the additional charge, we do apologize if it came as a surprise. We were not informed of any overweight items. Details rarely get left out and we assume this instance was due to a miscommunication.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We reach out via phone, email, and text to introduce ourselves and verify job details. We will work with you closely to ensure your relocation needs are met, and ultimately make your move as stress free as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will contact you with our time of arrival once we are en route. We will arrive in uniform, with dollies, straps, and hand tools. Face masks and gloves are always available during covid-19. We will ask for a walkthrough to establish a plan in order to clarify your needs and execute a flawless move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have performed service for: -Long distance moves as far as Mesa Arizona, Florida, New York -Local Residential homes including packing/unpacking , loading/unloading , in home swaps , truck swaps -Special items such as gun safes, upright pianos, pool tables, antique China hutch, arcade machines, small engines, motorcycles, ride on mowers etc. -Loading pods and semi trailers to maximize efficiency and save our customers money.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We utilize our personal storage unit to train our helpers. We then allow ride alongs, gradually working our way up until the individual is skilled enough to handle a customer's belongings.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
