We had multiple breakdowns with our UHaul from Missouri to Michigan putting us behind schedule for unloading. Bryce was great working with us as our schedule changed and communicating with us to make it all come together. When it was time to finally unload, Bryce, Kellie and DeMarcus showed up on time and ready to work. They were a joy to work with, professional and respectful of our belongings. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We reach out via phone, email, and text to introduce ourselves and verify job details. We will work with you closely to ensure your relocation needs are met, and ultimately make your move as stress free as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will contact you with our time of arrival once we are en route. We will arrive in uniform, with dollies, straps, and hand tools. Face masks and gloves are always available during covid-19. We will ask for a walkthrough to establish a plan in order to clarify your needs and execute a flawless move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have performed service for: -Long distance moves as far as Mesa Arizona, Florida, New York -Local Residential homes including packing/unpacking , loading/unloading , in home swaps , truck swaps -Special items such as gun safes, upright pianos, pool tables, antique China hutch, arcade machines, small engines, motorcycles, ride on mowers etc. -Loading pods and semi trailers to maximize efficiency and save our customers money.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We utilize our personal storage unit to train our helpers. We then allow ride alongs, gradually working our way up until the individual is skilled enough to handle a customer's belongings.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
