I recommend Good Guy Movers unconditionally. I moved at the beginning of the year - in an 8 hour window between a holiday and a Nor'easter. The owner Joey provided the flexibility and good humor to make my move a positive experience. The movers, Justin, Steve and Jason, showed up at my apartment on time and ready to go. Not only did they make the move as simple for me as possible, they went out of their way to prove they are the "Good Guys". They shoveled my walkway and cleaned off the snow on my car. They folded the rented blankets in the rental truck so I wouldn't receive a surcharge. They laid down blankets on the floor so they wouldn't track snow onto a hardwood floor. They gave me a ride back to my car during the storm. Small things that they did not have to do but helped me profoundly. These are the movers you want.

I can only remember one of the guys names who helped me out with unloading my POD this weekend. Javier was the foreman and he was fantastic!
Both men were on time, professional and wonderfully accommodating- I had a ton of stuff to move into a tiny space in Boston. I never felt uncomfortable with these guys and they worked efficiency to get the job done in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend Good Guys movers. They strongly recommended that I get a larger truck than the 20' that I had rented after doing an inventory of what was moving. I did this before anything was loaded and it turned out to be the right decision. They utilized almost every square foot of space to fit all my furniture and household goods into a 26' truck and packed everything very carefully. They were an awesome team, hard-working and polite.
