We move close top boxes only. Keep your home well ventilated for the movers, assign and direct the movers to a bathroom or sink where they can was their hands if needed, provide paper towels. During this time we are not providing full service packing until further notice. Movers: American Eagle Moving provides protection for each driver/mover and truck; Tactical Gear face mask, clear safety glasses, gloves, hand sanitizer/wipes and disinfectant spray. **We have incorporated staggered shifts, in those shifts we pair up the same mover, driver and truck for an additional layer of safety, until further notice. Our Policy: If you or someone in your household is sick or have been in contract with someone that has the Flu or Corona Virus (COVID-19) within the past four weeks please call to reschedule your move. If you have been out of the country or around someone that has returned from out of the country or hot spots in the US or on a cruise in the past four weeks you will need to reschedule your move. No exceptions. **Currently we will not move anyone from/to any State/City/County that is a known hot spot. **Not unless it is a Transport only, with no touch service for much needed equipment or dry goods in that State/City/County?.? As these restrictions are lifted we will keep posted. These are indeed, unsettling times, rest assure that we are monitoring the situation closely, keeping up on recommendations from government agencies, and following the advice of health experts from the CDC. They were the best movers I have ever used! Jeff and Carlton came from an hour away with 1 hour notice after another company did not show up. We thought it would take 4 hours for them to unload a 26’ truck that was completely full but they finished in 2 hours in the middle of the hottest afternoon ever. They did not stop or slow down for even a second ! Wonderful!!!
James and David were Awesome. So professional and polite. We will have to finish our move when the house sells. I will definitely ask for James and David again. Thank you for doing such a great job.
It was a horrible experience, they literally threw the stuff in the truck and had the truck “full” in an hour and a half, with a large portion of our items not in the truck. Furniture cushions were thrown all over and got dirty. When they left we unloaded and reloaded the truck and were able to fit all of our items in it. It was a complete waste of money. We should not have been charged.
They were tight on time and very pleasant you g men. They loaded exactly what I asked them to load and made sure it was all packed well into the truck and wrapped with blankets. Unloading at the new location was done quickly and items placed where I asked. I will definitely use American Eagle Moving again if I need to.
We were very pleased! We only needed someone to help us move things out of the house into a trailer we had rented, they were wonderful, very nice and professional. If I need someone in the future will for sure contact them again. JLansdell
Very hard workers and very knowledgeable about saving space in our storage unit. Willing to do whatever necessary to get our truck unloaded in the two hour window of time we were paying for. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone in need of help.

Excellent crew! They came in and took over the completion of packing and then went to work on loading the truck. What we anticipated as an 8 hour job turned into a 4 hour job! We handle moves within 100 miles of 5511 Us Highway 280 Suite 306 Greystone Park, Birmingham, AL 35242.
After booking, our customers receive a text confirming move date/time and move from/to address and their contact information. The day of their move the movers will contact them 30-45 minutes prior to our arrival. If the customer has requested a quote in writting you will receive an email with the quote that you have selected, hourly or not to exceed.
Our Movers call our customers 30-45 minutes prior to their arrival time. When our movers arrive they will introduce themselves, do a complete walk through with the customers to see the items that have to be moved, get signatures required for paperwork then start your move. Upon completion, the movers will go over your invoice with you and obtain final signatures. No worries, our office calculates the bill not the driver/mover, we have live trackers on our trucks that determines the actual time used.
Donate all items that you do not want to transport prior to your move day. Mark all boxes per each room, example, living room, kitchen-fragile, master, bathroom, dinning-fragile. Remove all items from dresser draws, chest of draws, buffets, etc (any draws), we cannot move loose items. Box or bag all small items. If we are dissembling, we will do so per each room. If customer is dissembling please do each room separately and leave items there so you do not over crowd the walkways for the movers.
Local and long distance moves. Moving apartment and homes, corporate moves up to 40,000.00 square feet, can provide references.

All movers train and/or work with our senior movers prior to being on their own, even if they come to us with experience. We train both mover and drivers to understand our inter city billing and DOT billing, customer service skills, professional at all times, consistency in moving, packing, loading and unloading. Our movers are required to be well groomed and uniformed. Drivers under go a DOT and Insurance background check, we also have live trackers on all of our trucks.
We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
We do not refund for any unused time.
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
