Sadly This move didn’t go the way it was expected of this company. I had my brother in law with me thank goodness, I paid for 2 helpers for 2 hours at just a little over $200 dollars. But only 1 guy showed up an hour and a half late with “ONE” guy so thankfully my brother in law was able to help but I still had to pay for 2 guys for 2 hours, they didnt hesitate to call and get the money over the phone before the guy left.

They are good if you are locally moving something with U-Haul or something or small residential I’m sure. Unfortunately I had a bigger job and they did just aren’t equipped for that level of moving. For the loading service they get no stars due to the fact they didn’t load anything at all. The reason is they said they didn’t have a ramp but anyone else would have loaded what they could. Professionalism needs some work. Nice guys but I needed a service and they didn’t deliver.

Due to the significant height of the truck and the absence of proper loading equipment, our team was unable to safely complete the full loading process. At Direct Movers Global, we prioritize two critical safety aspects above all else: protecting our dedicated staff from potential workplace injuries and ensuring your valuable belongings are handled without risk of damage.

While we couldn't proceed with the full loading service, our team remained on-site and was fully prepared to:
- Wait for ramp retrieval to attempt safe loading
- Assist with all ground-level moving tasks

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Customers should expect a follow-up call or email after 24-48 hours after booking to be sure, they do not have any questions or concerns about their move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Customers should expect a fast and easy movement of their belongings carefully and to provide great customer service to you.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Consider what Real Simple calls "the professional mover's secret weapon" - regular ol' packing paper, specifically unprinted newsprint. Its benefits are threefold: it's recyclable (unlike newsprint), won't smear ink on your belongings (unlike regular newspaper), and can be crumpled up to pad almost anything (unlike bread). Professional movers also recommend taping boxes up with brown packing tape - masking tape and duct tape don't stick to.

Our favorite part is being able to alleviate stress and anxiety when it comes to moving.
