I waited until I unloaded all my items to write this review. Everything that was packed into the two UPack moving containers was intact and unbroken when I moved in. So I’d say the two gentlemen did a great job loading. The only thing that bummed me out with the experience was that I needed some furniture disassembled for the move, and they forgot their tools.
My answer to all your questions is, YES! All 3 of the men who came to help unload our truck were every professional. They were easy to talk to. They were good and strong men. Even when asked to move the same piece of furniture to a different spot they were happy to do as I asked. I would hire this crew again. Adam, the boss, was professional and his crew were great men to work with.
