Didn’t know how to load truck efficiently
Left large shelves off truck till last?
Should have been put on and pack with boxes. Forgot work station and I had to take it completely apart! Should have been loaded earlier and filled in with boxes. Big 26 ft truck!
I wound up having to give away shelves
Because they waited till so late to load them and fill them with boxes.
They left open holes and I had to tell them to put stuff in them? I didn’t get all my stuff loaded because of poor planning on their part I was expecting
Someone that knew what they were doing! Broke furniture legs and scratches
I would not use them again !

Oliver and Big Robert were a fabulous duo! They seemed to enjoy their work and they are VERY good at it. They talked through logistics before moving any big object and listened to my concerns and ideas. They did some very heavy lifting and moving on my job and were always super careful with walls and furniture, as well as being cheerful------joking around with each other even though it was HOT outside. They were kind to my dogs and children and I would highly recommend them. Although not the most punctual, they were definitely the best moving team I have ever hired:)
