They were nice guys and did a good job loading the truck. It would have helped if they had tools with them to unhook the appliances, but a neighbor helped us out with that. They worked hard and were respectful and polite.

They were about half an hour early. They didn't really bring any moving supplies but that was expected. I feel like they worked fairly hard but when given the opportunity, they'd try to take a break or stop. One of them kept checking their cellphone which I thought was a little unprofessional. Overall, though, pretty good work and aside from the frequent cellphone checking, I'd recommend them to others.

Had a last minute move date to an apt on the 5th floor with no elevator. They worked hard the whole time no complaints.

I can only say superlatives about Lashley and his fellow crew member. They arrived on the minute and were ass and elbows under some difficult circumstances. You can't ask for anything more.

They were so helpful! I hired them last minute (the night before) a busy move-in day and we wouldn't have been able to do it without them.
They called right away the night before to confirm and worked to squeeze me into their busy schedule. The day of they were on time and there exactly when I requested. They were prepared, hard-working, efficient, and extremely careful with our belongings.
I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They made the moving day virtually stress-free!

I am thoroughly pleased with S & L Express Moving Services. Curtis and Aaron couldn't have been more wonderful. They were on time, courteous, strong, very careful, and very knowledgable about packing the truck in the most efficient way. They worked extremely hard and earned their pay! They really knew what they were doing. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again myself.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
