I would not recommend this moving company, I am glad I moved away and never need to worry about using them again.
Our scheduled arrival window was 11am-12pm, and I did not receive any notice that our movers were going to be late until 1130am. I was told they would arrive by 230-3pm, and followed up at 230pm to see if they were still on track, at which point I found out they were still one hour away. They ended up arriving at 330pm, a full 3.5-4.5 hours later than scheduled. To make matters worse, when I heard from the movers at 1130am, they told me they would be coming with four guys to make up for being late. The crew that showed up only had three guys.
As I communicated in my reservation and confirmed with Lashaun beforehand, we needed the movers' help with wrapping furniture and loading our truck. We assumed the crew knew this, but they just started loading furniture into the truck without wrapping it. When my family and I saw this, we just started wrapping the furniture ourselves because it was clear the crew had no intention to do so, and they never once offered to wrap anything or take over for us.
We booked the crew for 3 hours. Primarily because we wrapped all the furniture ourselves, the movers only took 2 hours for the job instead of the 3 hours we had them booked. If they had wrapped the furniture as we planned, I am confident the move would've taken the full 3 hours. I emailed Lashaun on 8/1 asking to be refunded for 1 hour given everything that happened with our move, and as of 8/5 he has still not responded.

We were very pleased with help we recieved on our recent move. My daughter moved into a new apartment ( 3rd floor, no elevator ) and I knew this was more than we could handle by ourselves.. The guys showed up on time and worked very hard, nothing was damaged and the job was completed much faster than anticipated. Would definitely hire these guys again........thank you!

Amazing job. Worked super hard and efficiently. Got it all done in the time booked, even with a somewhat difficult loading route into the apartment. Very respectful of our stuff. Would definitely hire again!

The team showed up right within the expected arrival window, and quickly moved all of my things. They worked really efficiently, even though it was really hot and I was on the third floor. They were pleasant and hard-working with no issues during the move.

They were very very late. 3 hours
The communication was bad and we were getting inaccurate time of arrival over and over.
However when they arrived the did a good job moving the items.

Trent and his team did an awesome job. They packed the pod and our truck full. You could tell they have been doing this a long time. Many people can move items out of the house, but packing it is definitely an art form. I will definitely be using them again. They packed both the pod and truck, and unloaded the truck at our apartment in less time than we budgeted.

They worked hard but argued with each other on various items. Left blanket in elevator staging area and bumped ceiling tile in elevator loose. Have used hire for helper a helper before and.will use them again. Maybe not this pair of workers.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
