Our crew, Jeremy and Sam, were great! They did a fantastic job moving our things, and went above and beyond. When our fully-loaded moving truck wouldn't start, they jumped it and got it going for us so our schedule wouldn't be completely derailed. I would definitely use them again!

These guys were awesome. We originally had 2 guys set up for wednesday. We ended up arriving into town with the moving truck a day early and decided we needed 4 guys. I called lashawn and let him know. He had 4 guys there within a few hours. They completely worked their butts off getting the truck unloaded into the 2nd floor condo. They unloaded a packed full 26' truck in 2 hours. I highly recommend these guys. Very professional, polite and fast while being easy on our stuff. I will definitely use these guys again, no doubt

The loaders turned up on time and got straight to work. They had not brought the hand truck that we had requested, but they still got everything loaded into the containers in the time we had allowed for.
They were very careful handling the furniture etc. I would recommend them.

They were very pleasant and followed instructions.
However, we expected them to be expert movers and that was not the case. The way they stacked our household items in storage leaves much to be desired. Just for an example although we took three 10 x 10 units, one more than what was recommended for a 5 bedroom home, they were still packed tight while leaving a large amount of overhead room. As a result a king size mattress was wedge against one of the door slides which ripped the mattress case and makes it nearly impossible to close the door.
We are seriously considering re packing the units.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
