Overall my experience with Little Justins was EXCELLENT. On my moving day, we got hit with a huge winter storm that was dumping snow everywhere - not only did these guys still show up for the job, but they made it on time. They worked quickly, carefully, and efficiently... nothing got broken and they were done well before the 2 hrs that I booked was up. I had a big couch and a tricky front door situation, but the guys handled it like a breeze. This was a job where they loaded my moving truck, and they packed everything in tightly - tetris style. Their loading job was so good that the stuff had barely moved when I opened the truck door again 3,000 miles later on the west coast. No damage was sustained during the drive and I'm sure it was due to their PROFESSIONAL job of packing this truck. Bottom line - these guys are great, I highly recommend them.

The guys did a great job of putting what i would call 10 pounds in an 8 pound sack. But, unfortunately several pieces of furniture were not just scratched but severely gouged.
Kudos for their attitudes, work ethic, and determination to get as much loaded as possible but due to the damage to several pieces of expensive furniture I cannot recommend their services.

Set up for 4 men for 3 Hours, then I added 3 more hours to the job. They were on time and prepared to work. They moved heavy desks and fire proof file cabinets without any problems. Would recommend them.

Called prior to arriving, arrived 10 minutes early and started right away. They were extremely good to work with and constantly were going up and down the stairs with items. Packed way more than I thought we'd ever get in the Pod. I would like to request them again in January when I load the other 2 Pods I'm getting. Great guys and very good representatives for your company. They did everything I requested.

You will receive a call from one of our professional customers service representatives.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving day, you will receive a call or text from one of our professional movers letting you know their ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival). Once the crew arrives, they will walk your residence and clarify what is being moved.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should know what will be leaving or staying the day of your move. If you want the time to move faster, have the boxes placed in a designated area with labels already on them. Also, having furniture disassembled will help the process move quicker. But we can certainly assist with disassembling and reassembling as needed.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done everything from moving things from room to room to full service white glove moving. White glove moving means we will pack, label, disassemble, wrap, pad your things, load and unload them from start to finish.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love moving because we enjoy meeting new people and growing our family. After each move we all feel like family.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members do monthly training and each crew member has to train with a crew until they meet our training requirements so they can go on jobs safely.
