Terrible service. DO NOT USE! They didn't show up at all and turned their phones off, leaving me stuck with a 15 foot UHAUL to unload. Again, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

I should have ordered 4 men instead of 2 based on they distance they had to travel with each load. they worked hard and had lots of walking even though only a few steps (4) the distance to the back of the house made this a difficult job.
Both men were very pleasant and efficient. Boxes could have been placed more orderly but based on what they had to do and how far they had to walk, I was very happy with their work.

Nice guys but there were some BIG problems.
1. They were 30 minutes late
2. They took 7 hours to complete moving a 2BR/2 bath apartment
3. One guy, Gary, got heat stroke and quit working halfway thru the unloading
4. Even though I paid $514, I had to give the other guy $60 to stay an extra hour
5. Worst part -- I had to help the one guy left to unload all the big stuff. I'm 61 years old! That's not what I paid for, it's bull****
6. I will submit bad reviews and word of mouth because that whole move was crap. I should get half my money refunded

The 2 guys that helped me were awesome, very professional, and my 16 ft truck was unloaded in an hour! And kept telling me to move out the way, they got it! And they did! Would definitely use them again!

Our movers were contacted at the last minute due to a cancelation. They were on time, communicated effectively and were a big help during my time of need. There were a few concerns, such as a small hole on the wall from our rental. But other than that, I really appreciated their hard work in making the move less stressful.

They did work hard and showed respect for the property and goods while moving. However, they were supposed to arrive between 2-3pm, and they ended up not arriving until 5pm, which threw off our schedule (and with two small kids that’s not a good thing). They also did not have masks to wear or any tools to reassemble furniture, but luckily we had extra masks and a toolbox that had what they needed. One of main tasks they had was to reassemble a king bed, and it seemed okay at the time (while I was multitasking with other issues) however the next day I saw that the wooden slats under the bed are all not connected properly and one side looks higher than the other. So I’ll likely have to hire someone else to fix the issue or risk the bed coming apart unexpectedly.

I requested two movers for two hours for a two-bedroom apartment in Columbia, SC on a Saturday morning.
Pros: They arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. They were polite and respectful. They maintained communication throughout the duration of the move. Extra hour for $60 was reasonable. They brought along a standard dolly as requested. Final payment was easy and quick.
Cons: Their approach, to load the plastic crates/bins first and the heavy furniture last into a 15-foot truck, resulted in a desk and 2 pieces of a 3-piece couch being left behind for an unplanned 2nd trip. We had to take the first truckload to Charlotte (1.5 hours away), unload, and then return to retrieve the remaining items and drive another 1.5 hours back to Charlotte. It ended up adding an extra 3 hours to the day and was more expensive for the additional rental truck mileage and gas ($140) than it would have been to pay them another $60 for an hour to unload and repack the truck. Lesson learned.
They also damaged a section of the wall of the apartment, dislodging a large chunk of drywall, and dented the entryway door, which resulted in damage charges from the apartment complex management. Additionally, their treatment of some of my items, especially during disassembly, resulted in stripped screws, damaged bed storage drawers, and other damages to the bed frames.
Overall: All in all, the job got done. I would consider using them again as I think a lot of the issues would have been minimized had they loaded the furniture first and bins last.

They were late. Smelled like weed. Let my tv and couch get rained on and just got it back with mold and I’m missing a tv.
