The team was extremely quick and efficient getting things done with very minimal damage considering I had nothing wrapped in moving blankets. I did the best I could to pack with injuries and the team did an outstanding job getting it loaded and unloaded for me!

I have never seen the worst moving service in my life. They call them self “professional” movers, they are the most unprofessional movers. First I had to keep asking these guys to move fast and efficiently. They will keep going out to smoke, on their phones and moved extremely slow. Hire A helper people told me I will need 2 guys for 3 hours to load and unload depending on the item i have. They quoted me completely wrong. It took the 9 hours to load and unload. All star movers were so unprofessional. They had not techniques in moving items, one minute they will move from one bedroom than they’ll leave that room without finishing up and move to other room. I had to keep leash on them to move quick and told them the way to move heavy items. They were extremely slow, only one guy was actually moving items, the other guy was just adjusting items in the truck, so technically I had one guy only loading stuff.
On top of everything, they damaged my walls terribly. There are big dents, scratches and wholes on my wall. Again no technique in moving heavy items and they were not even strong to lift heavy items. I ended up hiring other moving people and paid on top of what I paid to All star and Hire a Helper. This was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had with these two company combine.
All star was extremely unconsidered, they will literally drop in middle of moving if their pre-paid time is up. They do not give a dam about your big day.. so if really need help for something, instead of hiring these people who can literally damage your house, I would suggest pay more and hire professional movers. It will be worth it.
