This company is the worst I have experienced. They are careless and were completely disrespectful of my home and my items. 2 out of the 3 so called "movers" apparently could not speak, read or understand what was being said to them. They carried items that were CLEARLY marked fragile and this side up upside down or on the side. The continually yelled at me "lady where" and then took the items to different rooms. They were told kitchen and they took to basement, told living room and took upstairs, ect. They dropped boxes on the floor instead of placing them down. They drug a large dresser across a hardwood floor causing damage to which the "owner" Gabriel, took no responsibility for. Instead told me to call Hire a Helper because he was contracted through them. Of course, Hire a Helper took no responsibility. They also slid a hardwood table into my garage tabletop side down. I could go on and on. Bottom line is if you care about your possessions and your home, STAY AWAY from Move Mania

We are most grateful to receive the many 5 star reviews from this platform, past and future customers to support the work our team have done over the years. However, your one star review does raise concerns for future customers, so let’s address it. Ms Fowler you were ask to take pictures of the said damaged you made claim to your floor/wall property to HireAHelper to support your claim, which you did submit. I had also took photos/videos of the said scratches/scuff markings on the new model floor you said was caused by team members. There was a thorough investigation conducted regarding your claim. I’ve given my truth regarding this matter. I also provided pictures/videos. I stated that the remodeled home had a multitude of scratches/scuffed marking throughout the areas you reported to be caused by movers, and it’s very possible these marking may have been there before service was provided and may have gone unnoticed, and unknowingly to the new homeowners. Ms Fowler, you’ve admitted that a lot of markings were not caused by movers in areas of the house , yet a few were and you were looking for compensation. I feel we followed protocol in response to this matter. I also feel our team completed the job to the best of their ability. There were no breakage of furniture and personals. As a member of HireAHelper for 4years, we caution with care every task assigned. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with you. If there is anything you feel we can do different to better service customer, your opinion does matters.
