I paid to have 2 movers. Only one showed up on time. Since we didn't know if the other mover would arrive, I had to help carry some of my stuff down to the truck. When everything had already been packed (with the exception of my mattress), the other mover finally showed up. I feel bad giving one star because the mover who showed up on time was very helpful, but he was worried if I didn't help, we wouldn't finish in time and I'd be forced to pay for an extension. All this would have been avoided if the other person showed up. It was very disappointing.

The team used for my move was very pleasant to work with and hard working, but there were issues with the move - particularly with being reckless while moving our larger furniture. There were multiple instances which our furniture hit walls or doorways while being moved, in certain instances damaging our belongings. They were training staff on the job, but that wasn't super beneficial for our move and furniture.

The two helpers showed up a few minutes early and they were ready to work! They were friendly, polite, responsive, and didn't try to kill time. They moved all of our stuff out of a 15' Uhaul truck and into our walk up apartment in under 2 hours. Highly recommend.

The owner of the business was very professional, very helpful, and accommodating. His staff members were very willing to work, and to be professional during the process. Only complaint is that they were not entirely efficient with their packing strategies, and did leave some dead space. Otherwise, the experience overall was great.
