They were on time, very polite and respectful. They were attentive to how I wanted more delicate items positioned in the container. They packed out so there should not be any shifting during transit. I would use them again.

Jose and company worked very hard to pack my belongings into 3 storage units. They were punctual, professional and on time. They tried to keep the home clean despite the snow, ice and below zero temps outside. They were also very gentle with our belongings and moved quickly. Would use again.

They did a great job until I realized on my electric bed, the foot of the bed was at the head of the bed . Please return and correct this issue.

Updating my review.
Guess I was wrong about the great job. My $500 glass table top was cracked and broken.
I'm missing a glass table top to an end table.
Requested $50 apiece for two workers to set up the electric bed which took less than 15 minutes. Days later I reread the contract and it said that assembly was included in my contract.
Two days later, I found my remote to my bed and realized that the bed was put in backwards, even though the mover said he had an electric bed at home and knew how to set it up. So all in all $100 lost because I requested that they come back to fix the issue with the bed , They said they would have to charge me. Really!
Next time I move, they won't be here!
