The team assigned to my move was dropped off while another team went to a “bigger” job. They had NO tools, no method to hydrate from the heat, and were unable to even get a ramp for my husbands tool box. The tool box was the main reason I needed help and it is now damaged. There were scheduling issues and the day I needed them they didn’t show. The next day they showed up late and when the POD people showed up I had to delay the pickup. That one thing almost resulted in my delivery at my new location to be delayed for 10 days! Not to mention all the time I had to spend on the phone trying to delay the pickup to later in the day! I personally lost so much packing time that I almost couldn’t close on the home I was selling.
When I tried to address these problems with the owner she kept trying to blame the crew, but there was obviously lack of planning and attention at the management level of this organization!

The team was on time, clean, and ready to start. I showed them where I wanted the different pieces of furniture placed and they went right to it. They were quick, but more importantly they took care to not do any damage to my furniture or my house. The team worked very well together also. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them for any future moves.
