While on time, they did a terrible job - did not put items where directed, made numerous indentations/holes in the staircase walls (even had to come back and spackle over them, which caused us a problem with the apt landlord - and we had to repaint the walls!), one talked on his cellphone quite a bit, leaving the other one to do the work, griped and complained the whole time! Would not recommend them!

Mover's response:
This is the first I have heard of this customer having a complaint . I’m the owner of this moving company and I was on the job my self. We put everything where they told us to put everything. And as a business owner I did have an important call I had to take. The job was completed in less time than the minimum. We still had 1 hour left of a 3 hour minimum. And yes we did put 2 dents in a tight 2 flight stair case and whom ever moved out before we enter had already dented the walls repeatedly because they had already been painted over. Very tight stair case with an over sized couch. I did get spackle and fixed the dents we did and the other dents that was already there that we didn’t do. I was going to come back and finish it but this customer texted me and asked me not to come back because he wanted the apartment maintenance to paint it so it would match. Unfortunately things happen but we tried to make it right. The customers sister is the one we actually moved and she told us we did a good job. With a 3rd flight and a full truck we still came in under the minimum amount of hours.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Make sure small children and pets are at the sitters. Have everything labeled as much as possible. And have in mind where everything will be placed into new location.

What types of moves have you handled?

In over 20 years in the industry, we have moved people from across the street to across the world. We have also done a variety of commercial moves as well including industrial manufacturing to doctor offices and small office moves.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Meeting new people and going new places.
