Stars and Stripes is absolutely Number 1 in my eyes. John called me within minutes of me first trying to book with them to confirm they received my information. The crew was on time, even called ahead to give me a heads up they were about 10 minutes out. Charles and Demetrius were prepared for the job and had the right tools to complete the task and worked extremely hard even when the weather seemed unbearably hot. They treated my belongings with both care and respect and I would absolutely use them again. To be honest, I wouldn’t look anywhere else but to Stars and Stripes for my next moving experience. I hired this company based upon reviews as well as the fact I want to support Veterans anyway I can. From the moment I hired them I wasn’t disappointed. I received a phone call from Jon the owner, to confirm my appointment, within a few minutes of scheduling the job. The day prior to my scheduled appointment I had to request a change of time and Jon was able to accommodate my request without hesitation. The day of the unloading service his team called me with an ETA which was within the hour window requested. Upon arrival they introduced themselves to my family with handshakes and smiles. They got right to work and even finished early! The whole time they were very professional, took great care of the items they were unloading, they were beyond friendly....honestly they felt like family. Not long after they left Jon called to assure everything went well and to thank me for giving his company this opportunity. 100% I would HIGHLY recommend this company to my friends, family and anyone looking for the services provided by Stars and Stripes.

Awesome experience! Somehow they worked some magic and got my stuff to fit into 2 pods. They worked hard! They treated my belongings well, and did a great job. Highly recommend them.

John, the customer service person was very professional. However, we had a few issues with the movers.
1. They had originally committed to arrive between 8 & 9 a.m. The day before we were told 9-10 a.m. which put us off schedule.
2. The morning of the move they called to say that their vehicle broke down and could we go pick them up. We are new to FL and don't really know the area and they were on a remote road.
3. The guys had very bad body odor and it wasn't pleasant riding in the vehicle with them.
4. We had 1/2 of the job done before they got to the house. Only used them less than 2 of the 4 hours and then had to drive them back to their remote location. We didn't opt to have them assemble the furniture to use up the balance of the time because of their body odor that was permeating the house.
Would not use them again.

Mason ans Barry showed up on time after having driven for 2 hours to get to the job site. They were friendly cheerful and respectful. They worked hard for 2 and a 1/2 hours without a break. Based on this experience we would highly recommend stars and stripes to anybody needing help like this.

Hi, I'm Jon Churchill, the owner, and logistics manager. I will contact you immediately after selecting our services to discuss and assist you through your entire moving endeavor. I will make sure you have everything you need to make your move is as safe, efficeitnt and worry-free as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We contact each client when our crew is in direct route. You can expect to greet our uniformed, background and drug tested crew both fully prepared and punctual. Customer service and moving experience is our specialty, so we are prepared to efficacity solve and all problems.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have loaded/unloaded 1000s of PODS and Packrats. Over the last nearly 10 years we have made 1000s of local, intrastate and Interstate relocations. We make monthly trips from south Florida to New England and back to FL, moving high end antiues, furniture, small shipments, pets (we love your pet like our own), motorcycles and and cars, and since we are already making the tripo, can always help our customer get superior service at the most competitive price

We take pride in assisting our customers to have a WORRY FREE relocation. Weither its around the corner or around the country, we have the savvy and experience to professionally service all or part of any relocation.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Since Ive personally performed 1000s of moves, I've trained both of our field managers, and nearly every other member of our crew in the processes of pleasing our customers, and care of good. Most of our employees are veterans, so they are thoroughly versed in the principles of integrity, teamwork, attention to detail and superior work effort. Ongoing training ensures all movers are up to date on the latest and best moving equipment and techniques
