They arrived ten minutes early and started right away. They wrapped our furniture with the pads we provided and the smaller items with plastic shrink wrap they had. The container was efficiently packed in about two and a half hours,so we paid for the third hour which we had anticipated. The guys were friendly and efficient. We would use them again.

We had two “Helpers”, Danny who knew what he was doing, and Alex, who needs to find another line of work. From our understanding Alex has been at this for a year and a half, yet still required constant direction and supervision from Danny. Even with that he slowed Danny to a crawl. Not to say Alex wasn’t useful, but he minimized Danny’s efforts.

They arrived half hour early, which was good. But, they had no furniture dolly, so they carried one item at a time to the POD--not very efficient. The guys were friendly and worked diligently, but they could have completed the job in less time if they moved boxes and furniture on a dolly. I had to ask them to use the furniture pads that I provided.

Punctual, courteous, hard working. The only criticism Is they could’ve been a bit more organized and there packing of the truck. I asked them how long they had been doing this and with the years they said they had of experience I expected a better job, meaning it seemed to take a fair amount of effort of rearranging to get things to fit. At the end the texting system took several tries before it would accept the confirmation of completion. Overall I was pleased with your service. I would use your services again in the future.
