Not only didn’t they show up, but my wife and I were told they would be there the following day between 12 and 1 and nobody showed up. Hire a Helper acted as if they were trying to correct the problem but they told us nobody was available when I called them at 1:30. This caused my wife and me to unload the 20 foot truck ourselves. She is 65 and I am 69. We got it done by 5:00. U-Haul charged us for another day rental- $185.00. Hire a Helper has not reimbursed us for that. I sent them the invoice showing the daily rental. As far as I am concerned, they didn’t take responsibility for their screw up and the screw up of the company they represented. Do not use this company!!!! They have no idea what exceptional Customer Service means or even what poor customer service means. They are clueless!

Mover's response:
Sir I did not inform anyone that I would be able to do the service the following day I received no updated information from hire a helper asking if I was even able to do a reschedule for the next day I informed them that we had a breakdown on the interstate on the way to your job which I tried to contact you multiple times to let you know the situation but never got an answer even after a voice-mail was left. Hire a helper informed me they were working on finding you a replacement crew and that was the last information that I received from them.

My movers were Casey and John. Extremely hard workers, fast yet very conscientious. They packed the truck with placement that would most benefit and protect my possessions. Very professional and very nice people. I highly recommend this company and this crew.

They were very fast and professional. There were 2 men and 1 woman. I have about a little over 1200 square foot 2 bedroom apartment & they were able to load a 16 foot pod in 2 hours with some heavier items included in the move. They came straight in and started immediately. One of the men is a veteran so I highly recommend using this company for that reason alone.

No Show Zero Communication

Mover's response:
Ma'am our crew had a breakdown in a rural area but you spoke with my secretary Rachel at least 4 times on the day of your move we did everything we could to resolve the issue but ultimately we had to let the website find you a replacement crew to take care of your move. I'm not sure where the zero communication comes from as stated above you and my secretary spoke several times I do apologize for the inconvenience our crews breakdown caused but it was just an unfortunate circumstance.
