Yesterday I have your recommended moving labor help crew and I’m very disappointed how they left my place in complete disarray
We supposed to meet at storage place between 8-10 am
My rental U-Haul truck was available 9am to pickup so they were informed what time I’ll be arriving

We went to storage unit to see what was there to be done and guys started wrapping up the furniture and stuff everything went well in less than a hour and we headed to apartment
When we went to destination I park my U-Haul truck by the entrance door there was a little bit muddy in one grass area so i ask the maintenance manager for some cardboard boxes to cover it to keep it dry and show the movers to be careful not to bring in the mud in to the building and apartment which was perfectly clean paint fresh carpet and everything in nice
The first round went ok they brought some mud but I told them to be careful clean or take off the shoes but I put some sheets on the carpet in case
Second round was not that good so I stay in unit to help them better to get in to the unit they started take over 30 min trips so I started to be confident what am I paying for?
By the end they were putting stuff in my mattress heavy drawers heavy bed frame base I couldn’t get in to my bedroom I told them to move the rails
They made me call the company to pay them standing in the kitchen door that I couldn’t get out repeatedly telling me you have to call we need to be pay
I’ve been already charged 24 hrs before the service Full Amount
The only think I can say that Quintin it’s very Hard working man he did the job almost by himself lifting the most heavy stuff
I think I supposed to have some credit to fix apartment damages

Professionalism and Communication at Its Best.
The workers arrived promptly within the promised service window and handled all my belongings with commendable professionalism. I received timely phone calls both when they were en-route and upon their arrival, keeping me well-informed throughout the process. Despite having a very full 10 x 10 storage unit, the movers efficiently removed all items and loaded the truck within the predetermined time.
What truly exceeded my expectations were the courtesy calls I received regarding the condition of certain items that had been damaged by the storage facility staff. Only a week before, I had inspected these belongings myself and found everything in good condition. However, when the storage company conducted their inventory, they damage my bed frame, and my television was destroyed, among other issues. JC Movers demonstrated exceptional transparency by taking photos of the damaged items before transporting them.
Hats off to JC Movers for their outstanding professionalism, proactive communication, and attention to detail.

Wonderful people! They were on time and were there to WORK! They worked hard, got it done fast, and were still careful of all items. Their website showed that they didn’t have dolly’s or wrapping materials, but they had both with them. Quintin and Jedson were amazing!! Nice and hard workers! Would definitely hire them again for my next move.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.

We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
