We recently had the pleasure of working with Mel and Norman for our move. They arrived promptly, which would have been ideal had we not encountered delays with our truck rental — we faced unexpected delays due to a downgrade in our truck rental. Despite this setback, Mel and Norman adapted swiftly, optimizing the limited space and ensuring everything fit securely. Their expertise was evident as they navigated the narrow back stairs of our apartment with ease. Throughout the process, they maintained a professional demeanor, were courteous, and ensured all our valuable furniture was securely wrapped.
