Great workers knowledgeable in how to load but never was told that my TV needed to be boxed. My TV was dropped by one of the movers when I arrived at the new location and I lost over $550 dollars due to this company from there site not indicating that TV’s need to be boxed but getting an email saying it does. Me saying over $900 to this company was “NOT” worth my money. You rely on movers to not break any items and wait for there team to help move things. This company had the nerves to offer me out of “GOODWILL GESTURE” $24 - $75 dollars. This is ridiculous and insulting. Do not do business with this company that in there claims site doesn’t stipulate that a TV needs to be boxed.
I’m a Veteran and to all out there please go elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.

My original review was 5 stars with "Awesome job!!!", as they appeared to get right to the task, came highly recommended, and completed the job in a timely manner. Now, if I could give them negative 5 and recommend they never do business again, I would. What I didn't realize until the unloading movers started unloading the PODS, was that the loading movers took no care with our belongings, loading them haphazardly into the PODS, stacking expensive dining room and kitchen chairs in the PODS with NO PROTECTION!, in a manner that looked like they just threw one on top of another. The unloading movers were shocked. They had never seen such disrespectful, careless, unprofessional "work" in all they time they've been in business. We had provided ample moving blankets and rolls of furniture wrap and bubble wrap, so we are confounded as to why the loading moves did not use them on the chairs. All the chairs had some form of wear, scratch, dent or even gouge. To make matters worse, even the items that appeared carefully wrapped in blankets were packed in such a way that during the move they banged into one another, because the top of the dining room table had huge gouges in it, which devastated my wife who has taken such good care of it for decades, always keeping a table pad on it, that, for some unexplained reason, one of the movers wrapped separately, rather than wrapping together, to further protect the table top.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
