The movers were on time and worked hard. However they waited until the end of the three hours to tell me that roughly 1/4 of my belongings would not fit in the POD that I had been assured was large enough. I had to scramble to get a U-Haul as I needed to empty the house before my closing that was scheduled for the same afternoon. A little more transparency would have spared me this last minute stress.

I don't usually leave customer reviews, but I paid a lot of money for this service and the service made some serious errors.
Errors included: (1) the crew mistakenly packed our suitcase in the POD after we told them multiple times that the suitcases were coming with us on the airplane--this led to a lot of frustration as we were without many important items; (2) they did not secure any section of the POD so that everything avalanched and prevented the POD from opening upon arrival--this is was large mistake (3) the avalanche of items damaged some of our furniture and made unpacking a dangerous operation; (4) they packed part of a furniture bed set that we instructed would go in another truck, so our donated furniture was incomplete, effectively rendering the donated furniture useless; (5) they failed to attach hardware to one crib set, rendering the reassembly upon arrival impossible. We had to order new hardware. (6) they packed things too high, making the opening of the POD nearly impossible.
These errors could be easily fixed with more professionalism and attention to detail.
We are grateful that our dishes were not broken but it was a real miracle since everything shifted during delivery. This was also a credit to my packing as I carefully packed each box myself.
