When we booked, David was very responsive & we felt good about it. However, moving day came & I’ve never been so irritated or upset over a move ever. They showed up on time which was great however he showed up with two teenagers. Okay fine let’s see how this goes. No walk through to see what was in the house or try to plan how to pack the truck. Just immediately started grabbing random boxes & throwing them on the truck. Furniture didn’t go in first. No regard for our belongings. Literally dropped my dressers & dresser drawers on the concrete outside & tried to act like it didn’t happen or like we wouldn’t notice (when we unpacked it we saw it’s broken now & has to be thrown away). Put a huge hole in the wall. When they realized they packed the truck all stupid it was too late & instead of correcting their mistake like a professional would do, they started shoving our things in the truck to just get the door closed. Things were falling out & they literally were just trying to push them in to close the door. Then after they get the back of the truck to close, they snuck some boxes & bags into the cab of the truck - didn’t tell us - which is completely ridiculous bc where the heck was 2 people supposed to sit in the cab to drive the dang truck?!?! Then, he acts like they deserve a tip... made jokes about how to conceal the huge hole in the wall from my landlord... & pressured me to write a 5 star review in front of him before he left. such an awful & bizzare experience save yourself the headache & money bc now a lot of our things are broken & this is just a mess. Even had to rent a separate passenger car to get myself & the things they couldn’t get in the truck bc they couldn’t pack it correctly while my husband drives the truck... a total disaster. Stay far away from this “company” They have no idea what they’re doing. If I could leave no stars I would. They get one star for being punctual but that was the only good thing.
