Hi the guys arrived a half hour early. They were ready to work, helpful, quick, friendly and respectful. They packed my pod so Iād get the most I could in. They finished an hour early. The only thing I would recommend to the company itself is for the price you charge you should supply some tape or string and charge by the hour. I had to pay for two hours when only an hour was used.

I was a disappointed. They showed up early, but smelling strongly of marijuana and assured me that they had packed a POD before with furnishings, etc. I tried to monitor and make suggestions, showed them boxes, etc. that could be used to fill in the space and they put dressers in and left the whole top half of the POD empty a third of the way. When I asked about it, I was brushed off. One guy was on his phone and kept asking about my wifi. Then they told me nothing else would fit and were ready to leave 10 minutes earlier then the two hours. I just sent them off and started trying to fix it myself. I won't use this service again. I had hoped based on some reviews I'd have a different experience.
