The men were very nice and polite. They handled all my items with care. Most helpful was their willingness to move furniture to different spots. However, they did not have proper tools to put furniture together. Because of this I received a small reimbursement. I would definitely use this service again.

All of the wood furniture is damaged in the PODS container. I gave them 6 Furniture blankets and they didn't use them on any of the wood furniture leaving 80% of it scratched up and one vintage radio/record player piece from the 60's my granny gave me when she passed was completely damaged in pieces. These guys packed it against a head board and they stacked it on an uneven surface and it completely ripped it apart. I would never use them again.

Excellent service!
Neil and Marcus were very courteous and helpful. Arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great for timing.They were very careful with our belongings and were knowledgeable about the proper way of loading the Pod container so our furniture wouldn’t get ruined.
