While Sergio and his workers were on time, fast, and efficient, my items were damaged beyond what's expected in a normal move. What's worse, I think they knew this and tried to hide it from me.
First, there was lots of little damage: scuffs on the couch, scratches on our chair legs, and chips on the corner of our acrylic picture frame, all despite providing them with plenty of furniture pads.
Second, there was more substantial damage: two sizeable chips out of my headboard, a two-inch chip off our coffee table, and, worst of all, the glass was broken on our professionally framed photograph (all of our art was meticulously bubblewrapped).
At the end of the move, Sergio was adamant that I leave them a five-star review immediately. I told him I wanted to sit down and do it on my own time; he told me, "No, you need to do it now." It got to the point where he was touching my phone and selected "five stars" himself. I felt extremely uncomfortable. At the time, I was confused by why he seemed so urgent, but having assessed the damage afterwards, I suspect that he knew of the damage (they almost certainly would have heard the glass break) and wanted to force a good review before I found out.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these movers.
