Called me at 9:30 before the 10 to 11 arrival time to tell me that he wouldn't be available until noon. The story was that his helpers didn't have transport. Told him I had to be out by 2:00. Never heard from him til I called after noon and then he said he he was delayed on another job and it would be 1 when he arrived. Came close to 1:30. I had a couple specific requests about packing the truck which he ignored. Not professional in any way. I have moved 7 times in Brooklyn and this was the worst experience I could imagine.
