We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. In general I had a great experience with Promove. Two out of three guys showed up on time, but they didn't start the clock till the third guy showed up - I really appreciated that. I live in a 5th floor walk up and they setup a system to efficiently move all the boxes and furniture up, worked very hard, and were respectful of my belongings. They did break one glass, but offered to pay for it. I would definitely use them again. I've hired movers before who tried to shake me down for more money or hide broken possessions, these guys were the opposite. I'd definitely recommend Promove.
