They showed up 1 hour and 40 mins after the end of the appointment window.
And one of the movers used my bathroom and plugged it up and didn't tell me, so when I got back to my place, I had to spend 15 mins doing the gross job of unplugging my toilet.

Arrived outside of the one hour arrival window and then argued with me about the number of hours I was going to pay for. I (begrudgingly) tipped because they did hustle. They asked multiple times for reviews AND asked for a tip! If I didn’t already have the cash in my hand when he ASKED for a tip, I probably wouldn’t have tipped. Nice, polite guys but not a fan of the tardiness nor asking for tips. I’m cool with asking for a review ONCE and once I said I’d leave a review QUIT ASKING!

My movers were on time and friendly. They had an amateurish air about them, however, which was a bit disconcerting. That weren't always able to make me feel confident about a moving situation I was nervous about. My couch received a bit of damage, though they were forthcoming about that and strove to meet my two hour booking. One of them used our bathroom, after which my spouse discovered it to be clogged. The price was lower than most, and it wasn't an awful experience. Not a fantastic one either, though.
