They guys showed up right on time. Very friendly and they organized the POD well. Very fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

The guys (Jaxson, Luke, Joe and CJ) that came to load the POD worked hard and did a good job. Had a couple issues on the way, but was still happy with the work. The Owner on the other hand, I tried to get in touch with multiple times prior to the job to confirm the appointment time and what the guys would be able to do for us during loading. I left voicemails, spoke with him once for a few minutes, to which he said he didn’t have his calendar, but would call me back. He never called me. I finally texted him asking for confirmation that the guys would be there at the scheduled time, never received a text, until the morning of the appointment, which he told me they would be running two hours late and would arrive closer to 11am rather than 9am. The guys showed up at 11:30am, but it all worked out, job was completed by 3. In 3.5 hours before we ran out of time. Thanks guys!

I'm getting way too old to load or unload our furniture and stuff so we hired Move-It-Right. So glad I did. Those two guys worked their buts off getting everything off the truck and into the house and put every box or piece of furniture in the proper place. Handled our furniture and belongings carefully and were respectful. Couldn't be happier.

These guys are amazing. They worked so hard the whole time -- actually running back and forth between my house and the pod -- and they ended up finishing in half the time. On top of that they were super nice and made sure everything was set up the way I wanted. I would definitely use them again.

They were early, polite, respectful of our belongings, and worked quickly. They packed the pod incredibly well and could not have done a better job! When I mentioned this was for a cross country move, they immediately took that into consideration for packing the pod.

They were extremely careful not to damage the antique furniture during the unloading and assembly. They were very helpful and professional. The 3 of them did the work of the originally requested 4!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once booking is complete, we will be in touch with our customers to go over the details of the work order. At this time we will discuss job details, logistics, along with start times and crew members who will be assisting with your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will be in good communication with the customer on our arrival time. Our crews come prepared to work for the duration of the scheduled work order. They will have all the proper equipment in order to fulfill the work order and get things secured and moved safely.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have things boxed and as close to "ready" as possible, leave the rest to us!
