I was told 3 movers would show up.
Thirty minutes before arrival I received a phone call stating only 2 movers would be there, not 3.
I was told an adjustment would be appropriate to compensate for your inability to follow through as agreed. The original plan was 3 movers for 2 hrs. Additional hours at rate charge. It took 2 movers 4 hours. The 2 individuals did a good job however obviously 2 takes longer than 3. I was charged full price, 2 movers 4 hours. Where is my compensation for your inability to provide 3 people as scheduled?

I would recommend HireAHelper and Move-It-Right Limited. At first, I was worried because the folks were a little late, but it turns out they were still helping the client before me. I was apprehensive about hiring someone to help us load and unload our belongings . I was pleasantly surprised. They showed up on time and ready to work. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. Professional and able to load the truck perfectly no problems with anything. They even had to walk through snow to get two heavy pieces of furniture out of the basement. I would recommend to anyone looking for help and I would use them again if needed.

The guys were very nice and arrived on time. The haste component was missing and one helper kept needing direction which slowed things down. The job went over 40 min and they tried to charge me for a full hour. One guy lost his keys in the truck and had to unload half the truck to find them and then repack. I had moved everything, except furniture, to a one car garage (1bed 1 bath) and have never had movers go over 2 hours...and that has included loading, moving it a short distance, and unloading. I’ve moved this amount of stuff (not even filling a 16ft truck) 4-5 times. Unhappy and will not use again.

Awesome job. Charles and his crew showed up on time and were able to get my 16' POD unloaded well within the 2 hour window we had hired them for. The guys were kind and handled all our furniture and boxes with care. Would definitely recommend the Move-It-Right team for anyone in the Denver area!

We will be in good communication with the customer on our arrival time. Our crews come prepared to work for the duration of the scheduled work order. They will have all the proper equipment in order to fulfill the work order and get things secured and moved safely.
