My two movers showed up within the time frame given, they got right to work and obviously knew what they were doing. The packed my POD beautifully, leaving not a bit of space and got the entire apartment in with room to spare. I would like these same two fellows to return to move me back into my condo when the time comes.

Both Nate and Dwayne were courteous snd worked hard. They did their best to ready our household goods for shipping. Unfortunately, the pick-up truck they parked in the driveway leaked acid and left a permanent stained.

The men who helped load my truck were very friendly however I believe they worked slower because they were paid by the hour. Also took 3 smoke breaks in 3 hours. My opinion, should not smoke if you are moving other people's belongings.

The two Helpers I requsted arrived within the stated time period with their own dolly. They surveyed the three storage units. I had a friend who had helped originally pack the units so had heavier boxes and furniture in one area. All went very smoothly, especially since I was choosing items to be recycled or donated while the men continuously loaded the truck. They worked hard and continuously, and were very caring of the items there. It did take longer than planned, and we did need to drive to a nearby site 3 minutes away for two other furniture items, and a return to the storage units. Very pleasant experience! and I would use Elite, and HireAHelper again.

I can't believe they got everything in the POD. Dwayne and Nate were courteous, hardworking and took extra care with our stuff. They did arrive later than expected and worked an hour later than anticipated, but they worked the entire time they were there. They arrived with a dolly and plastic wrap and got to work immediately at utilizing some of the blankets we provided to protect our items.
