Prestige Movers were great and we expect to hire them for our next container move in a month. They were here when scheduled, all three movers were courteous and efficient, and the foreman Jason packed the container like a Tetris game. Fantastic all around!

They did arrive on time. I was not present as it was my daughter who was moving out of her 3rd Floor Condo. I received a call that morning asking if the move could be postponed as the mover I spoke to said he was shorthanded and that he was suffering with back pain. But we had to be out that day. There was not a lot of furniture and my daughter had 3 Cancer Foundation Volunteers. Once the furniture was downstairs, my daughter said the volunteers ended up bringing almost all of the boxes down while the movers spent the rest of the time downstairs. My grandson tipped the movers before the job was done as he had to leave. But they would not have received any tip if I had seen what went on. They were very nice and halfway thru my daughter said she would hire them again. Yestersay she called me and I was furious to find that the move had not been completed on Thursday and she was stuck there trying to get the rest of the items down the steps. It took till 8 pm last night with family help to finish up. 3 and 1/2 hours was far too long to move 2 armoirs, 2 beds, a couch and 2 chairs and the few misc items. Most of their time was spent in the pod supposedly arranging things, especially the many boxes the volunteers spent carrying down 2 flights of steps. When I went there yesterday, all the TVs, 2 end tables, and several bags and misc items were left and she had to call in family members to take them down, even though she was supposed to have been out no later than Thursday night. True, she said they were very nice, and she could have kept them there longer till the job was finished, but knowing I had already spent almost $500 to PODS and over $500 to Prestige because she lives on disability, she didn't want me to have to spend any more. Had they worked at a sufficient pace instead of taking advantage of the volunteers, that job could easily have been completed in the time allotted. The POD wan'ts even full, so space was not the problem. I really don't like complaining, but jobs like this should never be based on the # of hours, because it allows the movers to move at a slower pace knowing they could paid more for moving slower. Used to be someone came and gave you a price based on how much was to be moved. But these days it seems every business is finding ways to make more for less service. When she moves to a new place, we won't be hiring Prestige to unload the POD.

Very efficient and extremely respectful of my belongings. They knew exactly how to get the job done and went right to work. Excellent tetris skills in packing the POD as well - impressive! Overall fantastic service and hard working!!!

Adam and Jason arrived on time and were efficient in moving and packing the moving pod, so much so, that we didn't need the second pod that we ordered saving us the additional storage cost. Would definitely hire them again.
