The guys were very nice and in all fairness had a lot to deal with. However, with that said they did take a stair rail off to get furniture up stairs and did not put back. Based on how it was taken down, it would appear we will need to hire someone to replace it. In addition to the hand rail there are a number of places on the wall where paint was taken off and scuff marks left behind.

Prestige moving were on time, prepared for the job and worked hard. No damage to any items unloaded from the container. They reassembled our platform queen bed and dresser mirror with ease. They even help remove items to be trashed from the house to the curb. I would definitely use them again.

Prestige Moving exceeded my expectations. I was stunned at how smoothly my move went. Jason called me within minutes of submitting my order to discuss details, arrived with his son promptly, took 5 minutes to walk around and get oriented, and then got right to work doing exactly what we discussed. Got our 3 br home loaded and then unloaded a few miles away in just under 4 hours. No damage, no drama, no problems. I would use them again in a hearbeat.

Both workers were on time and worked hard and were courteous. Some of our furniture is very heavy and getting it up a flight of stairs would have been impossible for my husband and I to manage...the workers not only got the heavy stuff into the house, they also put the mirror on the dresser and put the bed together...without us asking. I would definitely recommend them!
