Marcus at Copperstate made this move so much easier than I had imagined and for less money than I had anticipated. He sent two men over to unload two large containers plus part of a storage shed. I had booked for a Wednesday but saw I could get in a day earlier. Marcus juggled things around and got me moved in! I will definitely recommend Copperstate to all of my friends and will use them on my next move. Thank you!

Furniture and boxes were packed incorrectly, therefore a lot of my belongings including furniture were damaged. For instance, instead of packing flat screen TV on top of boxes, boxes were placed on top of flat screen TV. Didn't know this until truck arrived at our new home. Thank goodness my husband padded it very well or it too would be ruined. We secured our belongings on the truck thoroughly so that shifting would be minimal during transit. I chalk up all of the damaged furniture to the packing job. Would never use again!

Both gentlemen were extremely helpful and friendly. They arrived right on time with all the items necessary to make the move easier, and they completed the job 30 minutes ahead of schedule. They offered to help even more than we needed. I would highly recommend them.

After multiple phone calls and several emails, I finally got through to a lady who promised to call me back with confirmation and a time they would be there. That didn't happen, so I was left wondering right up until the day I moved if the movers were even coming. NOT good for an already stressful time.
The movers did manage to get everything moved (though I wasn't happy about letting the neighbor's kids carry breakables and being let in to my apartment). They were finished a bit over an hour early, and while I'd read in other reviews that their movers stayed the remainder of the time to help get furniture shuffled around and whatnot, the guys were out of there just as soon as possible.
Overall, not a bad service, though I probably wouldn't use them again.
