What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Favorite part of being a mover is because a miracle worker isnt a job title. I enjoy creating miracles for customers who had a bad experience with previous movers and taking the stress off a customers shoulders and providing a smooth move
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members have 7+ years experience. The use of dollies. Greeting and communicating with customers for a positive and friendly environment. How to pack boxes correctly when packing. Bubble wrapping. Packing paper etc. How to wrap all furniture with blankets and shrinkwrap. Picking and turning in switchback stairs w/furniture that is big/wide, angling odd shaped pieces through tight corners and doorways safely and cautiously.
