The guys were professional, hard working and respectful of my property. I would like to give five starts but they did not bring tools even though in my booking request I said that I had a bed frame that would need to be taken apart. This added time to the job because I had to go and buy tools down the street because mine were packed already. Overall this was only a minor glitch and I would still definitely recommend them.

I couldn’t be happier! They were here on time and loaded up so fast and they were very careful with my weird box sizes! When we got to my storage where the items were going, Devin rearranged my storage space and there is so much room left! I extremely grateful to them, I could never have done this job by myself. I’m so glad I looked up hire a helper!! When I move I will call them again!

This crew did an amazing job of emptying 3 PODs in one day (plus 1 more POD a few days later). The team arrived on time and was ready to work. They were patient, considerate, and professional during all our questions and mind-changing. The guys worked very well among themselves. I'd definitely hire them again.

The best word to use when describing the WNY Movers is: OUTSTANDING. They were right on schedule, worked tirelessly all day - without even taking a lunch hour!!! They were very prepared, were extremely knowledgeable and their experience showed by how detailed they were when handling my personal belongings with exceptional care. (They moved my items into a UPack relocation cube) Prior to their arrival, the lead mover, Devin (I believe he is the owner) called me and spoke with me at length about what to expect on moving day, what moving supplies to have on hand and even provided me with informative moving videos that truly help alleviate some of my moving stress. Often when searching for goods & services online, it's almost impossible to find good, reputable, experienced, HONEST providers. Because I'm moving out of state, I'm on a tight deadline and an even tighter budget! This company comes highly recommended, and they are comparably priced (even lower than their competition) and well work the money! Even my neighbors noticed the professional service they provided and came over to ask them if they could be scheduled for their upcoming move. I would definitely recommend their services and will certainly hire them again!
