The workers were very polite and friendly which is always a plus in my book. I was a little annoyed that they showed up a bit late after already calling to push the appointment back a bit, but when I realized they were traveling from a ways away I completely understood. They also were in constant communication so its not like they left me wondering where they were. They were considerate of my belongings, and finished very quickly. Overall I was happy with the service and would definitely consider using this company again.

They were on time, and I had really heavy furniture that they did a pretty good job with. A couple of scuffs were on the furniture but none that were obvious. I don't think I'll be using them again.

Great Crew - Called the morning of the move and offered to come early if I wanted. SInce I could not change schedule they had no problem with showing up precisely when scheduled. Very Professional and Courteous. Hard working, careful with firnishing. Overall Great Experience. Highly recommended! I would DEFINATELY use them again!

The guys at UCall&IHaul Moving were great. They worked hard the entire time. It was 97 degrees outside and they had to carry furniture down 3 flights of stairs and didn't stop once. I would definitely recommend them.

My helpers, Trey and Jason arrived on time. They were patient and understanding. It was a very hot day and we had a three hour delay. However, once the storage POD arrived they carefully packed everything from the storage locker into the POD. I'm absolutely thrilled that they were able to stay until the job was done. They were very respectful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you

The two gentlemen that came were on time and finished on time. They did a good job. The PROBLEM was Mr. Kirby and his customer service people. First, a tip is not required and is no business of Mr. Kirby. Second, I received a text later Sat. evening from one of the men telling me they had been fired due to what I said about the work. Third, I said nothing about the job they did. I told the customer service lady that they did a good job but I was in the middle of finishing loading the truck and could not talk but she could call me back later. She took it, as they did not finish the job. I was only having them move the BIG items and we were finishing the rest and was on a tight schedule needing to get the truck 4hrs away to be unloaded. I called to release the payment and they payment released for the job in the evening and I saw this by the text that I received so I called to get the correct payment released. Mr. Kirby took it as the guys worked off the clock due to the time they finished and the time payment was released. I called Mr. Kirby after I received the text from the guy and explained everything to him. We ask me about tipping them. Then he wanted me to forward the text from the guy to him. When I told him I did not know how to do that. I called him back with the phone number and he said " let me find pen and paper since you do not know technology. Then he said give me a credit card number for a tip and I will put it on their pay check. Tipping is neither a requirement nor any of his business. He is very unprofessional and rude. I WOULD NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM DUE TO HIM NOT THE WORKERS.

Though the movers for this company were nice and personable, they were quite lazy and complained a great deal about....well moving! If you can deal with movers spending much of the allotted time "figuring out how to pack you stuff in container/truck", needing to charge their phone in your home and complaining about the weight of your stuff, go for it. They were late and lost coming to my home. Had to meet them to follow me back. They were prepared in that they brought a toolbox (who knows why) but weren't prepared to move anything. My tv cabinet door was broken and they blamed the way it was packed. I will not use this company again. They were such a complaining nightmare, they left 20 mins EARLY!!!

The two young men ( Trey and Gus) from UCall & IHaul Moving-Cleaning Service were hired to unload my daughter's moving truck. They were great !
They were exactly on time, & very prepared. They worked very hard as the truck was so big it could not pull up to the building's freight elevator entrance. So they had to trudge back and forth across the parking area and lug stuff up the elevator to the 6th floor.
They were very respectful and took good care of all of my daughter's belongings. I would definitely use their service again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They expect the initial phone call in timely manner to discuss the details of their move, time of arrival and what services we provide.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We show up on time, introduce ourselves, do the complimentary walk through in order to get familiar with their residence and determine what items are going on a load and where items go on an unload.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best moves are a wonderful collaboration our moving skills, basic tools, and the customer provide equipment and protective materials such as moving blankets, stretch wrap, bubble wrap and mattress bags.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been in business for more than 13 years over which time we've done local, long distance, and office moves. The majority of the moves have been local residential moves which is our core business.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I was in the mortgage industry for almost 20 years when I started this company as a way to give my customers quality moves at an affordable price. I really enjoy walking into a home on a load job and their items are everywhere and in every room and watching the customer's face light up when we successfully empty the home into their moving truck safely and securely.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each mover receives thorough class room policy and procedure training before they ever go out on a moving job. Then they get on going on the job practical training with regular assessments of their progress.
