They were very professional and quick. Arrived wearing masks and kept them on even when it was really hot. All the boxes and furniture were placed in the proper location and no damage was done to the walls nor our property. We moved into an old 1910 home and the hallways and doors are much smaller. That didn't stop them nor did they complain about the 3 flights of stairs to carry the heavy furniture and boxes up.
Highly recommend the great crew and their positive attitude.

To start off with, they we're late. They we're supposed to arrive between 10 and 11 am, but didn't arrive until 1:15pm. This includes them turning the wrong way in the parking lot and got stuck in some mud on the other side of the building. They had to have a tow truck to pull them out. Once they arrived, they worked quickly and respectfully, taking great care of our items.
The other issue was they took longer to drive from Glen Burnie, MD to Hanover, PA than it should have taken. We estimate it was a half hour longer. They did say that they had to stop for gas.

Kyle, Rob (Roberto), and Tina were absolutely wonderful!
Kyle worked non stop and never even took a minute break. All three were extremely respectful with my husband & I, as well as with our belongings.
Kyle did a walk through with us at our move out location and I pointed out what I wanted special attention to paid to on Antique pieces of furniture as well as my expensive furniture pieces. They wrapped all our wood furniture pieces in moving blankets and then shrink wrapped them per my request. They took time moving our furniture through hallways, etc. and avoided damage by doing so.
We would highly recommend them to everyone. They were absolutely so hard working and careful with our belongings.

Nate and Samuel did an excellent job of packing my POD. I had purchased moving blankets , moving elastics , tie downs etc. They used all these items to protect our furniture and maximize the use of the POD space. They were very productive during the time they spent moving our stuff.
